Zellige 藍色平織地毯

The blues shift subtly across the rug, with each tile-like shape catching the light differently. I’ve had it for a week and the flat weave lies perfectly without bunching up.

The blue tones are even more nuanced in person, with the mosaic pattern adding a subtle, handcrafted feel to my living room. It lies perfectly flat right out of the box and feels substantial underfoot.

The patchwork pattern looks almost hand-drawn up close, which gives it way more character than a standard flatweave. It lies perfectly flat in my hallway, though I did notice it needs a rug pad underneath to keep the edges from curling.
