Montreal 藍寶石藍地毯 by Morris & Co.

I was worried the deep sapphire would read too dark online, but it's actually a gorgeous, saturated blue that anchors my living room. The simple line work from that 1890s design gives it an heirloom feel without being fussy.

The sapphire blue is so much richer in person than on my screen, and the line work in the pattern gives it that classic Arts and Crafts feel without looking stuffy. It laid flat within a day and the pile feels dense underfoot, not thin at all.

I was worried the pattern might be too busy, but the clean line work keeps it elegant and the deep sapphire blue is exactly as shown. It instantly made my living room feel more refined.
