I was a little worried the grey would look too cold, but the tonal weave actually warms up the whole room. It’s thinner than I expected from a rug, which makes it perfect for sliding under the sofa without a bulky lump.

The flatweave has that traditional gabbeh feel but with a cleaner, more Parisian look—it anchors my living room perfectly. The grey is a true tonal mix, not flat, so it hides everyday dust pretty well too.

The weave is dense and the grey tones are exactly as pictured, giving my living room that understated Parisian feel I was after. It’s already held up well to daily foot traffic without showing any wear, and the flatwoven texture is surprisingly comfortable underfoot.
