The feather detailing really does look handpainted up close—it’s got that soft, textured depth that feels more like art than a rug. I’ve had it down for a week and the birds still catch my eye every time I walk past, it’s genuinely calming to look at.

The two birds in flight make my hallway feel calm without being too busy. I've had it down for a month and it still lies flat with no curling at the edges.

The textured brushstrokes give it a handpainted feel that I keep noticing from across the room. It's softer underfoot than I expected for something with that much visual detail.
