Birds Of A Feather aqua platgeweven tapijt van Iris Apfel

I’ve had this rug in my sunroom for a week and the jewel-toned birds really make the space feel alive. The flatwoven texture is surprisingly soft underfoot, and it holds up well to my dogs walking across it.

The mirrored design is the star here—the flamingos and parrots almost look like they’re doubling themselves, which makes the rug feel way more intricate than the photos suggest. It’s bright enough to wake up my whole living room, but the flat weave keeps it from shouting.

The aqua background really makes the toucans and parrots pop, and the mirrored pattern looks stunning from every angle in my living room. The jewel tones are even richer in person, and it’s held up beautifully since I unrolled it a week ago.
