Terran Bourgondisch Platgeweven Tapijt van Architectural Digest

The varying dot sizes and color intensity give it way more depth than I expected from a flatweave rug. It anchors my living room beautifully without feeling too heavy, and the burgundy is a rich, warm tone.

I was a little nervous about how the burgundy would work with my grey sofa, but the varying dot pattern is so subtle it ties everything together perfectly. The flat weave lies completely flat, no curling edges, which is exactly what I needed for my high-traffic living room.

The dots really do vary in intensity and spacing just like the description says—up close it’s almost like abstract art on the floor. It’s held up well in my hallway with daily foot traffic, and the burgundy tone warms up the whole room.
