The dotted and dashed lines running through the checkerboard are such a subtle touch—they catch the light differently depending on the time of day. It’s flatwoven, so it lies perfectly flat under our dining table without bunching up. I keep catching myself staring at the floor.

The tonal checkerboard looks even better in person than in the photos, and the flatweave is thin but sturdy underfoot. Those dotted and dashed lines give it a quiet, hand-crafted feel that anchors my living room perfectly.

The dotted lines are such a clever detail that really makes the pattern feel dynamic, and the flat weave lies perfectly on my hardwood floor. It’s already become the focal point of my living room.
