Kaplan Goldteppich

The way the gold tones shift across the surface is genuinely striking—it catches the light differently depending on the time of day. The tiger pattern has a soft, almost fur-like flow that makes it feel more like textured art than a typical floor covering.

I was a little worried the tiger pattern might look too bold, but in person it’s subtle and elegant—the soft gold blends beautifully with my neutral décor. The textile-like finish gives it a sophisticated feel underfoot, not at all like a typical printed rug.

The golden pattern really does mimic fur-like movement, which looks striking on the floor. It’s a bit thinner than I pictured from the photos, but the soft, textile finish makes it feel more refined than a typical rug.
