The hand-drawn linework really does mimic beads beautifully in person, and the indigo is deeper than photos show. It lies flat immediately out of the box.

I was a bit worried the pattern might look too busy in person, but the beaded texture effect is surprisingly subtle and elegant. The rug lays perfectly flat right out of the box, and the indigo color adds just the right amount of character to my living room.

The hand-drawn linework really does give it that beaded texture look up close. I wish the rug pad underneath wasn’t quite so visible at the edges, but it’s otherwise a beautiful addition to the room.
